Meeting on a train, Tony (Amol Palekar) and Nancy (Tina Munim) fall in love, but their affair is hindered by family intervention.
One of the finest films revolving on the Christian Community was Basu Chatterji's Baton Baton Mein. The film, essentially about Christian families and a love story that blossom between a boy (Amol Palekar) and girl (Tina Munim) spelt out the intricacies of the community and life in a Christian home. Pearl Padamsee, Leela Mishra, Ranjit Choudhry and Piloo Wadia played interesting roles in the film.
